Feature — White-Label
White-label event registration — your brand, not ours
Most event registration platforms put their name on everything — the registration page, the QR pass, the confirmation email, the admin login. Your client runs the event, but the platform takes the credit. SignupDesk is built differently: we are completely invisible to your clients and their attendees.
What white-label means in practice
White-label means every surface the attendee touches carries your client's brand — never ours. Here is what that looks like in a real event:
- Custom domain: Attendees register at
register.clientname.com, not atsignupdesk.in. The URL in the browser shows the client's brand from the first click. - Custom logo and colors: The registration page uses the client's logo, primary color, and secondary color. Set it once — it applies to every page, every email, every pass.
- Branded QR passes: Every attendee receives a beautifully designed digital pass with the client's logo, event details, and their seat number. SignupDesk branding is absent.
- Branded confirmation emails: The registration confirmation email comes from the client's domain, carries their logo, and links back to their registration portal.
- Branded error pages: Even 404 and maintenance pages match the client's branding — no generic error pages that break the experience.
The attendee journey — from first page load to QR scan at the door — contains zero SignupDesk branding. Your client looks like they built this themselves.
One platform, unlimited client brands
SignupDesk is architected for agencies, not solo event organisers. From your super-admin panel, you manage every client from one place — but each client is completely isolated from the others.
When you onboard a new client, we create an isolated workspace for them. Their events, attendees, registrations, branding settings, and admin users are all contained within their own environment. A client's admin can only see their own data. They cannot see other clients, other events, or anything outside their workspace.
There is no limit to the number of clients you can onboard. Run ten clients or a hundred — the architecture scales without any code changes or infrastructure headaches on your end.
How it works
Who this is for
SignupDesk's white-label architecture is designed for organisations that manage events for multiple clients:
- Event management companies that handle conferences, seminars, and corporate events for a roster of clients and need a professional platform they can call their own
- Marketing and PR agencies that run product launches, brand events, and media gatherings and want a registration system that matches their client's brand identity
- Corporate event teams that organise internal and external events across multiple business units or brands within a single organisation
- Associations and institutes that need a professional registration experience for their members and conference attendees without paying per-head fees
If you run events for more than one client and you are tired of every attendee seeing someone else's platform on the registration page, SignupDesk was built for you.
