SignupDesk is a white-label event registration platform built by Decipher Consultancy Services, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We built it because every existing platform made the agency invisible — their logo on your client's event, their branding on every pass, their database holding your attendees.

Who We Are

Decipher Consultancy Services is a software company based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We build B2B software for the events industry. SignupDesk is our flagship product — a fully white-label event registration and management platform purpose-built for event management companies and agencies that serve multiple clients.

We are a small, focused team. We work directly with our clients — no account managers, no support queues. When you email support@signupdesk.in, you reach the people who built the product.

Why We Built SignupDesk

The problem is straightforward: event management agencies do the work, but the registration platforms take the credit. Every attendee sees the platform's branding — not the agency's, not the client's. The QR pass says "Powered by [Platform]." The confirmation email comes from a generic address. The attendee data sits on someone else's server.

We built SignupDesk to flip that entirely. Every client you onboard gets their own domain, their own branded portal, their own admin panel — and you control everything. Attendees never see SignupDesk. They see your client's brand.

Our Compliance Commitment

SignupDesk is built to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Every registration form captures explicit consent. Attendees can delete their own data directly from their confirmation page — no email, no wait. Data is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) and never leaves Indian jurisdiction.

We act as a Data Processor on behalf of our business clients (Data Fiduciaries). Full details are in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
