Pricing
Event registration platform pricing.
Zero per-ticket fees, flat platform access.
Every other event registration platform in India charges ₹15 to ₹40 per registration. Run a 500-person event and you've handed ₹7,500 to ₹20,000 to the platform before you earn a rupee. SignupDesk doesn't work that way. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee for platform access. Your clients' attendees register for free. No per-attendee fee, no per-ticket fee, no percentage cut of paid tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the platform priced?
We price on a per-client or flat-access model depending on your volume. There are no per-attendee fees, no per-event fees, and no surprise charges. Contact us with your use case and we'll give you a straightforward number.
Is there a free trial?
We work with new clients through a direct onboarding conversation rather than a self-serve trial. This lets us set up your first client properly — custom domain, branding, and all — and make sure the platform fits your workflow before you commit.
Can I charge my clients for the platform?
Yes — and that's the point. You pay us a flat fee for platform access, then build it into your service offering at whatever price makes sense for your market. Your clients see it as your platform, not ours.
What counts as a "client" on the platform?
Each client is a separate tenant with their own domain, branding, admin panel, and isolated data. Whether you have 3 corporate clients or 30 event brands, the structure is the same.
Are there limits on events or registrations?
Limits (if any) depend on your plan — we'll be clear about this when we scope your use case. Most agencies we work with run 5–30 events per year across their clients, which we handle comfortably.
What does "white-label" actually mean?
It means SignupDesk is invisible to your clients and their attendees. Every registration page, QR pass, confirmation email, and admin panel carries your client's domain and branding — not ours. The word "SignupDesk" never appears anywhere in the attendee journey.
