Every sponsor and exhibitor gets their own portal. Scan attendee QRs at the booth to capture leads. Tag each lead hot, warm or cold, star-rate them, add a note, download the CSV. Turns "we ran your registration" into "we proved your booth was worth ₹4 lakh."
Sponsors don't have to lose the "great conversation, forgot to swap cards" lead.
Downloads as CSV. Import into HubSpot, Salesforce, a Google Sheet, whatever the sponsor uses.
Sponsor renewal season. A telecom company had put ₹6 lakh into our client's conference. Post-event, our client sent them a spreadsheet: 187 attendee names, no qualification, no tags, no notes. The sponsor's marketing lead opened it, forwarded to the SDR team, and it died in someone's inbox. Renewal talks stalled. The sponsor didn't come back.
The problem wasn't the spreadsheet. It was that the SDR team couldn't tell which of the 187 were CFOs from banks (their ICP) and which were students. So they didn't follow up on anyone. So the sponsor got zero pipeline. So the sponsor thought the ₹6 lakh was wasted.
Now every sponsor has their own portal. When the sponsor's booth staff meets Priya from a bank, they tag her Hot + 5 stars + "wants pilot next quarter." When they meet Rohit the student, they tag him Cold + note "student, curious." The CSV that lands in the sponsor's inbox on Monday morning has 14 hot leads at the top, ranked by rating. Their SDR calls those 14. Pipeline. Renewal.
Our clients tell us this feature alone justifies a sponsor tier bump. Platinum-level tables now come with "your own leads portal + auto ROI report" — priced ₹1-2 lakh higher than the same table without it.
