How the pass is built
A composite PNG, generated on the server the moment registration lands.
Intervention Image lays out the branding, Simple-QRCode drops in the code. One immutable file per attendee, stored per tenant.

Your logo, your colours
Tenant branding row drives primary, secondary, accent colours and logo. The pass looks like it came from your marketing team.

Seat and category baked in
V-7 or G-42, VIP stripe in gold, General in green. Attendee shows one image at the gate.

Signed QR URL
QR encodes /scan/{40-char token}. Guessing the URL is impossible. Second scan of the same token is blocked at the DB level.

Auto-attached email
Registration completes, confirmation email fires with the PNG attached. Attendees find the pass in their inbox even without going back to the site.

Download from confirmation
Confirmation page has a Download Pass button. Saves the PNG to camera roll on iOS and Files on Android.

Registration completes
Seat assigned, registration row created, qr_token generated with Str::random(40).

QrCodeService composites logo, colours, name, seat, category, and QR. Stored at qrcodes/{tenant}/{token}.png.

Confirmation email fires
Attendee gets the PNG as an attachment plus a link to the confirmation page. Both surfaces show the same asset.

Download or screenshot
Attendee taps Download Pass, saves to the phone, walks to the gate. Staff scan the QR and see the record instantly.
Questions we get
Does the pass use my brand?
Yes. Tenant logo, colours, event name, tagline. The pass looks like your brand, not ours.
Emailed automatically?
Yes. PNG attaches to the confirmation email on registration. Also downloadable from the confirmation page.
Can attendees forge it?
No. QR encodes a signed URL with a 40-char token. Duplicate scans are blocked at DB level.
Beats Eventbrite passes?
