A booth locator that lives at a URL, not in an app store. Attendees pan, zoom, tap a booth. Exhibitor logo, sponsor tier, booth number, and a website link appear in a drawer. Works on any phone that opens Chrome or Safari.
Whatever your venue sent you (a PDF export, a Canva design, an SVG from the architect) works. Drop it in, click on the image to place a hotspot, drag it to line up with the booth boundary, and pick the exhibitor from the dropdown. The whole map is done in an afternoon.
A B2B expo in Mumbai in 2025. 84 exhibitors, roughly 4,500 attendees over two days. The organiser printed floor maps as A3 handouts. Attendees who bothered to keep the handout walked purposefully. The others wandered.
One gold sponsor was in a corner of Hall B. Great booth, terrible foot traffic. On day two the sponsor's lead retrieval count was under 30. They'd paid โน4 lakh for the sponsorship. Their post-event conversation with the organiser did not go well.
We shipped this after that event. The attendee side is the easy part: a public URL, pan and zoom, tap a booth, drawer opens. The admin side is where we spent time. Uploading a floor plan is fine, but placing 80+ hotspots by hand in an evening needs to feel like drawing on a whiteboard, not filling a spreadsheet.
So we made it: click on the image where a booth is, hotspot appears, drag to line it up with the booth outline, done. Auto-saves on mouseup. If you mess up, click the hotspot and hit delete. The admin editing 84 booths finished in about 90 minutes on the first try.
What did the sponsor in the corner get from the next event? A "Visit Website" tap through their hotspot on the digital map led to a 6x increase in traffic to their landing page during expo days. The physical booth still had lower footfall than the front rows, but the digital surface gave them a way to be found.
Time to build the map: about 3 hours for 120 booths, first-time user. Time to reprint if a booth moves: zero. Just drag the hotspot.
