How the portal works
Zero login, full access.
Every speaker link is a signed URL scoped to that speaker only. Nothing else in your event is visible from it.

Signed token in the URL. Rotates on demand. Admin can revoke a link and issue a new one in seconds.

Materials on a CDN
Slides and videos served through a CDN. Attendees stream from the nearest edge, not your VPS.

Deadline reminders
Automatic nudges at 7 days, 3 days, and 24 hours. Only speakers with pending items get the email.

Headshot cropping
Speaker uploads any size. Portal crops to square, renders retina thumbnails for the agenda page.

Audience export
Post-event, speaker downloads a CSV of attendees who RSVPed and checked into their session. Full contact rows if consent was given.

Room number, mic type, expected audience count, run-of-show link. Everything the speaker needs 20 minutes before stage.
Questions we get
Do speakers need a login?
No. Signed magic link by email. One click opens the portal. Admin can re-send or rotate the link at any time.
Different from Sessionize?
Sessionize is a separate call-for-speakers product. This lives inside the same event where your tickets, sessions, and check-in already live. One system, one bill.
File size limits?
200MB per file, chunked and resumable. Larger keynote videos can be linked from Vimeo or Google Drive.
Can I preview before publishing?
Yes. Speaker edits update in a preview tab. Public agenda only reflects changes after the speaker taps Confirm.
